Due to the nature of digital products (including ebooks, downloadable frameworks, templates, and training materials), all sales are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Once access has been granted or a product has been downloaded, refunds may not be issued, in accordance with applicable law.
Consulting & Advisory Services
Refund eligibility for consulting or advisory services depends on the specific service purchased.
• If a session has already been delivered → non-refundable
• If cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled session → the session may be rescheduled
• Custom or tailored services that have already begun → non-refundable
